I helped develop the idea for an annual team summit and coordinated the logistics needed to bring it to life, including workshops, employee travel, hotel accommodations, conference space, A/V setup, and catering.
The Approach
I worked across the many moving pieces of the event, researching and coordinating vendors, venues, travel, and on-site logistics to make sure everything was in place for the summit.
